Serial picnics
As soon as the weather is nice in Paris, we head for the parks and have picnics. We are sort of infamous among our friends for our picnics. We can't wait to get away from our tiny apartment and give the boys more space to roam and enjoy the outdoors, all without leaving Paris. The menu can be extremely simple (ham and paté, some cheese and fruit) or a bit more sophisticated (a nice salad, for example). This (long) week-end alone, we had a lunch picnic in Parc Montsouris and a dinner one in Buttes Chaumont with different bunches of people. And the week-end is not quite over. This evening might find us in the Halles gardens. Who knows where and when the next picnic will be?
