We are no longer cooking with gas

The boys are discovering our new induction burners. This is what EJ has been dreaming about for months. Induction burners are supposed to be the crème de la crème. They don’t heat the room as the cooking surface doesn’t heat up. Only the pan does. As a matter of fact, we already have a new set of induction-compatible pots and pans we are itching to use. These induction burners also have cool electronic controls. The boys love gadgets.
