More proof
More visual proof that the kitchen remodel is moving forward. The tile in now laid. Here I am inspecting Manuel's nice work. Manuel is Portuguese and has worked for our contractor for years. He is a sweet man and EJ spends a lot of time working alongside him on other side projects. Frankly, this remodel might just about kill EJ who is putting in a lot of work whenever he is not on cooking jobs.
