A quoi ça sert l'amour/What is love good for
Après avoir vu "La Môme" (rebaptisé "La Vie en Rose" aux Etats-Unis), j'ai repensé à ce clip merveilleux d'un animateur français sur les paroles de "A quoi ça sert l'amour". Edith Piaf chante en duo avec son dernier mari Theo Sarapo. La chanson et les images collent parfaitement ensemble. Je ne me lasse jamais de regarder ce petit bijou.
After watching "La Vie en Rose" this week, I remembered this wonderful clip by a French animation artist based on the song "A quoi ça sert l'amour" (what use is love, what is love good for, roughly). Edith Piaf is singing a duo with her last husband, Theo Sarapo. The lyrics and the images are a perfect match. I never get tired of watching this little gem of a clip.
